With great joy, I invite you to join a shared celebration of early summer — a time when nature is in full bloom, the days are the longest of the year, and within us arises a space for lightness, breath, and deeper connection with ourselves.

It’s the perfect moment to pause, immerse yourself in nature and practice — away from the everyday, close to your inner self.

We will gather in an intimate and beautifully located retreat center in Czarna, right by the forest, just 45 minutes from Warsaw. A cozy space awaits us, with a homely atmosphere, a practice hall, a sauna, and delicious, healthy food.

– Liberating yoga sessions (morning and evening)
– Calming and energizing meditations
– Emotional work and returning to the body
– Time in nature, forest walks, bonfire

– 16:30–17:30 – arrivals and check-in
– 18:00 – dinner
– 19:00 – opening circle, meditation
– 20:00 – free time, integration

Saturday | June 28
– 8:00–9:00 – morning practice/meditation
– 9:00 – breakfast
– 11:00–13:00 – practice session
– 13:00 – lunch
– 13:30–17:00 – free time
– 17:00–18:30 – evening/integration practice
– 18:30 – dinner
– 19:30 – bonfire and togetherness

Sunday | June 29
– 8:00–9:00 – morning practice/meditation
– 9:00 – breakfast
– 11:00–12:30 – closing practice
– 12:30–13:00 – closing circle
– 13:00 – lunch
– 14:00–15:00 – farewells and departures

Additionally:
– Bonfire
– Coffee and tea available throughout the day
– Sauna access
