Body Bliss Cleanse
An embodied seasonal reset supporting nourishment, rhythm, awareness and a more conscious relationship with the body.
Body Bliss Cleanse is a guided practice container for returning to the body through nourishment, simplicity, ritual and awareness.
Rather than approaching cleansing as control, restriction or body optimization, the process invites a more attentive relationship with the body and its natural rhythms.
The cleanse supports participants in slowing down, simplifying daily habits, listening to the body and creating conditions for greater clarity, lightness and embodied presence.
Currently Not Open for Registration
Body Bliss Cleanse is not currently accepting participants. New editions are being developed in alignment with the evolving direction of Healing Institute.
Not A Detox Performance
Body Bliss is not designed as a quick fix, a perfection project or a promise of transformation through restriction.
It is a practice of attention: noticing how food, rhythm, rest, movement, emotion and environment influence the way we feel and inhabit ourselves.
The process supports cleansing as a relational practice with the body — it is not a punishment or another point of pressure on overwhelmed systems.
What The Process Includes
- Gentle nutritional guidance
- Seasonal food awareness
- Simple cleansing rituals
- Body-based practices
- Meditation and breath
- Journaling and reflection
- Habit observation
- Emotional and energetic awareness
- Integration prompts
Who It Is For
Body Bliss is for people who want to reconnect with the body in a gentle, conscious and grounded way.
It may support those who feel called to simplify, reset daily rhythms, listen more deeply to the body and create a more intentional relationship with nourishment and practice.
