Education at Healing Institute brings together contemplative traditions, embodied practice and experiential inquiry into structured pathways for study, practice and integration.
These trainings are designed for people who wish to deepen their relationship with awareness, embodiment and lived experience, whether for personal practice, professional integration or the creation of spaces for others.
Rather than offering techniques in isolation, the educational work explores how consciousness, body, emotion, relationship and perception continually shape one another.
Healing Academy
Year I — Foundations of Awareness & Embodiment
Healing Academy Year I is a 12-month foundational training within Healing Institute.
During this year we explore awareness, embodiment, relational maturity and contemplative practice through grounded, integrative and practice-based learning.
Rather than focusing on rapid transformation, spiritual performance or collecting modalities, the program is designed as a gradual process of developing deeper self-observation, ethical discernment, embodied presence and perceptual maturity.
The Academy approaches contemplative and symbolic systems not as fixed truths to adopt, but as experiential frameworks through which human perception, meaning and relationship can be explored.
Year I serves as the foundational stage of a broader developmental pathway within Healing Institute.
We offer a sliding-scale tuition fee for the Healing Academy, adjusted according to the GDP of the country where each participant lives and works. For more information, please fill out the application form.
Program Orientation
Healing Academy is intended for individuals who feel called toward a more grounded and embodied approach to inner work.
The program supports people who value depth over intensity, seek practice rather than identity performance, and are interested in awareness, embodiment, relational consciousness and contemplative inquiry.
It is open both to individuals with previous experience in personal development, contemplative or spiritual work and to those entering this path more intentionally for the first time.
Not Designed For
At the same time, the Academy is not designed for spiritual superiority dynamics, bypassing, power seeking, modality collecting, dependency-based dynamics, guru projection or rapid practitioner identity formation.

The training combines live instruction, guided practice, retreat immersion and independent integration. Equal emphasis is placed on ongoing practice, reflection, observation, relational inquiry and integrating the work into daily life.
Recordings remain accessible for one year following completion of the program. The programme is primarily in English with Polish support if necessary.
Required Retreat
The yearly retreat is an integral part of the Academy and is required for receiving the Year I Certificate of Completion and progression into future pathways.
The retreat is approximately four days, held mid-program and focuses on embodiment, contemplative practice, relational presence, community integration, silence and direct experience.
Note: The retreat is not included in base tuition. Retreat, accommodation, meals and travel are not included in tuition. Estimated investment is approximately 700–1,400 EUR. Participants are responsible for all retreat, accommodation and travel expenses.

Year I focuses on cultivating six core capacities that form the foundation of contemplative practice and embodied awareness.
Capacity for Self-Observation
Developing the ability to recognize patterns, projections, emotional reactivity, identification and internal dynamics with increasing clarity and honesty.
Embodied Awareness
Learning to remain connected to direct experience through the body, nervous system awareness, grounded presence and regulation.
Ethical Discernment
Cultivating sensitivity toward influence, boundaries, relational responsibility, power dynamics and the ethical dimensions of transformational work.
Relational Awareness
Exploring how awareness functions within relationship, communication, listening, projection and interpersonal dynamics.
Contemplative Discipline
Developing sustainable practice, consistency, attentional stability and the capacity to remain present within long-term processes.
Perceptual Humility
Learning to hold experience with openness and discernment rather than certainty, inflation or rigid identification.

Foundations of embodiment, nervous system awareness, meditation, self-observation and contemplative practice.
Relationship & Inner Dynamics
Projection, relational patterns, emotional awareness, communication, boundaries and ethical foundations.
Perception & Symbolic Systems
Symbolic and contemplative frameworks explored as perceptual languages rather than fixed belief systems.
Integration & Embodied Practice
Integration of practice into daily life, discernment, relational maturity, embodied presence and foundational facilitation awareness.

Healing Academy is intentionally designed as a small cohort, long-term developmental training rather than a mass-scale online course. Pricing reflects the intimate cohort structure, long-term educational process, live teaching environment, retreat integration and depth-oriented nature of the program.

I want the international nature of the Academy to be reflected in its tuition structure. If the standard tuition does not correspond to the economic conditions of your country of residence, you may request a country-adjusted rate in your application.
Certification
Participants who complete Year I, including the required retreat component, receive a Certificate of Completion for the foundational year.
Important: Completion of Year I does not certify participants as therapists, healers or professional practitioners.
Selected participants may later apply for continuation within advanced pathways inside Healing Institute.

Healing Academy uses an application-based enrollment process to support the quality, integrity and relational environment of the cohort.
Applications are personally reviewed by Pauli to support cohort integrity, relational safety, readiness for long-term practice and alignment with program values.
