The Team Garden includes group processes and team problem-solving. You work on your individual energy leadership style, but we also get your team involved in their own work.
The program contains:
- 6 months of work for you and your team
- nine 80-minute online meetings every 3 weeks
- personalized online folder with supporting materials & tools
- habit trackers for you and your team
- the ongoing Coach support in integrating the experiences
- group workshops for your team (detailed scope to be defined during the first counseling)
- work with key team members, managerial staff, or individually with each employee (up to 3 sessions)
