Hi, I’m Paulina, and I invite you into a space I’ve created from the depth of my own experience.

Paulina Kulikowska is the founder of the Healing Institute and a transformational teacher whose work bridges psychology, contemplative science, energy work and Eastern wisdom traditions.

With over 15 years of experience in holistic healing, she guides individuals and groups through deep inner awakening, embodiment and conscious leadership.

Paulina holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a highly trained yoga and meditation teacher (900+ hours, including Yoga Alliance accredited trainings and Kundalini studies), an experienced teacher of teachers (e-RYT 500), and a certified Spa & Wellness therapist. She integrates classical Tantra, breathwork, mantra meditation, yogic psychology, shamanic elements and energy work into a grounded, accessible path of awakening.

Her teaching makes complex esoteric concepts simple and practical, helping you live your spirituality in the everyday — in your body, relationships, work and choices.

WHY A SMALL GROUP?

1. Do I need to know my Gene Keys beforehand?
No. I will guide you step by step through your Hologenetic Profile. You will receive instructions on how to generate your chart before we begin.

2. I’ve already done a lot of healing work. Is this still for me?
Yes. Soul Code is designed especially for women who have done foundational work and are ready to move from “processing” into embodiment and precision — really living their gifts.

3. What if I can’t attend a live session?
All calls are recorded and uploaded. You will also receive prompts and practices to work with at your own pace.

4. How much time do I need between sessions?
Beyond the live calls, you can expect around 1–2 hours per week for contemplation, journaling, and simple practices. This is not about doing more, but about bringing more awareness to the life you already live.

5. I’m feeling the pull but I’m not sure if it’s the right timing.
You’re welcome to book a short clarity call or send me a DM/email and share where you are. I’ll be honest with you — even if the answer is “not yet”.
